General Assembly Resolution No. 07, Series of 2022:
Seeking diligent implementation by the local government units (LGUs) of the Republic Act (RA) 11361 β An Act ensuring the continuous and uninterrupted transmission and distribution of electricity and the protection of the integrity and reliability of power lines, and providing penalties for violations thereof.β and DILG MC 2022-036 Implementation & Enforcement by LGUs of RA 11361.
General Assembly Resolution No. 08, Series of 2022:
Setting the mandatory responsibility of SORECO II MCOs to conduct removal/trimming/pruning of tall growing plants, removal of existing structures and refrain from planting tall growing plants and erection of tall structures within 3 meters of the Power Line Corridor (PLC) within their properties as required by RA 11361.
