Reason : To replace rotten wood poles and rewiring

Reason: Energization of Newly Commissioned Balogo 10MVA T1 Power Transformer & Transfer of Bacon Feeder Power Supply from Gubat SS to Balogo T2 10 MVA Power Transformer.
