Tabuena, for his innovative implementation of advanced strategies that greatly improved collection efficiency and established a new benchmark for success.

This accomplishment is a testament to the unity of the Member-Consumers with the Board of Directors and Management. Most of all, we recognize and thank our hardworking General Manager, Engr. Josef Erwin R. Tabuena. His dynamism as a leader empowers us employees, to give our best in order to deliver the highest quality of service.
